Couple relax in kitchen, celebrating their big win, in a depiction by models.

I blurred dude's face for privacy, but you can see the card here, and it's a winner!

This fellow shared the picture of himself holding the winning card. And the win seems straightforward. With some cards, you need to find specific numbers, or reveal a certain pattern in order to actually win. Of course, you hope for the best as you scratch it off with a penny, but it’s rarely a big win. For this guy, though, all he needed to do was find a rocket ship symbol. That alone wins him $100 grand. You can see the rocket, with it’s $100,000 notation underneath, clear as day in the second row, second column.
And yet, the company behind this ticket is claiming they won’t pay up because it was a “misprint.” Hmm… Interesting.
People urged this person to hire a lawyer, which is the only real response to this situation. Because like, they can’t say it’s a misprint when it is literally printed on their very own scratch off card? It’s not even smudged? It’s all very strange. And the funny thing is, this company will absolutely spend more than 100 grand to try to win against this guy.
